Cocktails and Jewels: Drinks Inspired by Jewellery

We've created some fascinating cocktail ideas inspired by historic jewellery items. We collaborated with SP Green jewellers to mix gorgeous gems with some of our favourite cocktails. Try these recipes at home, or, for added convenience, get our fantastic cocktail boxes!


Martini & Diamond Ring

Cocktail: Martini

Ingredients:

● 50ml premium vodka
● 25ml dry vermouth
● Lemon twist for garnish
● Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Add vodka and dry vermouth.
3. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

A traditional diamond solitaire ring, like a vintage martini, exudes elegance and represents the purity and clarity of love, making it ideal for celebrating your engagement.

 

 

Rosé Sangria & Rose Gold Earrings

Cocktail: Rosé Sangria

Ingredients:

● 750ml bottle of rosé wine
● 200ml elderflower liqueur
● 100ml soda water
● 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
● 1 orange, thinly sliced
● 1 lemon, thinly sliced
● Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

1. In a large pitcher, combine rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, and soda water.
2. Add the sliced fruits and mint leaves.
3. Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

The warm hues of rose gold complement the fruity and floral notes of rosé sangria, creating a harmonious blend of taste and style.

 

 

Sparkling Mojito & Emerald Bangle

Cocktail: Sparkling Mojito

Ingredients:

● 50ml white rum
● 20ml fresh lime juice
● 15ml simple syrup
● Mint leaves
● Soda water
● Prosecco
● Lime slices for garnish

Instructions:

1. Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice and add white rum.
3. Top with equal parts soda water and prosecco.
4. Garnish with lime slices and a mint sprig.

A sparkling mojito calls for a piece of jewellery that complements the verdant green of mint and lime. An emerald bangle adds a splash of colour like the mint and sparkle like the prosecco.

 

 


Lavender French 75 & Pearl Ring

Cocktail: Lavender French 75

Ingredients:

● 50ml gin
● 25ml fresh lemon juice
● 15ml lavender simple syrup
● Champagne
● Lavender sprig for garnish

Instructions:

1. Shake gin, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup with ice.
2. Strain into a champagne flute.
3. Top with champagne and garnish with a lavender sprig.

Cocktail: Tropical Margarita

Ingredients:

● 50ml tequila
● 25ml triple sec
● 25ml fresh lime juice
● 15ml pineapple juice
● 10ml coconut cream
● Pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions:

1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a salt-rimmed margarita glass.
2. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Cocktail Description

Unwrap this homage to chocolate and enjoy a supersized Easter cocktail! An unctuous blend of spirits meet cheesecake syrup, with a hit of coffee to keep you hopping like the Easter Bunny. Garnished with a melted chocolate and crushed mini egg rim.

Spring has arrived in style with this playful cocktail based on the traditional Easter treat. Spiced rum does the heavy lifting, supported by hot cross bun syrup and caramel. Garnished with a spiced dust for the classic cross on top.
